系统性红斑狼疮患者外周血基质金属蛋白酶-3检测及其临床意义

目的 :研究基质金属蛋白酶_3(MMP_3)在系统性红斑狼疮 (SLE)中的作用和意义。方法 :采用ELISA方法检测正常人、系统性红斑狼疮活动期与非活动期患者血浆中MMP_3的水平。结果 :系统性红斑狼疮活动期患者血浆中 ,MMP_3水平显著高于非活动期和正常对照组 (P<0.05) ;系统性红斑狼疮活动期患者中 ,出现临床肾损害和神经精神症状的患者血浆MMP_3水平分别明显高于无上述临床症状者 (P<0.01) ;而出现颊部红斑和 (或 )光敏感以及多发性关节炎的患者 ,与无上述症状的患者血浆中MMP_3水平比较均无显著性差异 (P>0.05) ;抗dsDNA抗体阳性、低补体C3血症、低白蛋白血症、高IgG血症以及血肌酐升高的患者血浆中MMP_3水平分别显著高于无上述症状者 (P<0.05)。结论 :在系统性红斑狼疮患者外周血中MMP_3呈高水平表达 ,与疾病活动性密切相关 ,在系统性红斑狼疮全身性系统性病变中起十分重要的作用

The Clinical Significance of Plasma Matrix Metallproteinase-3 in Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Objective:To study the clinical significance of plasma matrix metalloproteinase_3(MMP_3)in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods:The plasma levels of MMP_3 in active and inactive systemic lupus erythematosus patients and heathy control were determined by ELISA.Results:The plasma levels of MMP_3 in patients with active systemic lupus erythematosus were significantly higher than those in inactive systemic lupus erythematosus and healthy control.In active systemic lupus erythematosus,the plasma levels of MMP_3 in patients with lupus nephritis and nervous system damage were significantly higher than those without lupus nephritis and nervous system damage respectively.Plasma MMP_3 levels in those with arthritis and malar rash were not increased compared with those without arthritis and malar rash.The MMP_3 levels were significantly higher in patients with following laboratory abnormalities:anti_double strand DNA antibodies,decreased C3,hypoalbuminemia,increased plasma creatine,and increased plasma IgG.Conclusion:MMP_3 is not only highly expressed in patients with SLE,but also has a close correlation with disease activity.It plays an important role in the development of SLE.
