微创治疗高血压脑出血45例临床研究

目的了解高血压脑出血微创治疗的效果.方法选择出血量在30～50ml的患者,CT导向下行穿刺治疗,与同期收住的内科保守治疗的病例为对照组,观察觉醒时间,重残率、死亡率.结果微创治疗术后意识恢复时间明显缩短,且神经功能恢复有效率明显提高,重残及病死率显著下降.结论微创治疗明显优于内科治疗.

Observation of 45 cases of microtraumatic treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

Objective To comprehend the curative effect of microtraumatic treatment on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 45 patients whose hemorrhage volume was in the rang of 30 and 50 ml were chosen to be treated by CT guided puncturing treatment. The time of awareness, the severe disability rate and the mortality rate were compared between the 45 patients and those patients who accepted medical expectant treatment at the same time. Results The post operative time of awareness in puncturing group was shorten obviously .the recovery, rate of neurological function was also elevated greatly. The severe disability rate and the mortality rate decreased overtly. Conclusion Microtraumatic treatment surpasses medical expectant treatment.
