| 摘 要： | 目的：通过放射学观察了解杆卡和球帽附着体下颌种植覆盖总义齿的临床应用效果.方法：共完成2枚种植体支持杆卡下颌种植覆盖总义齿19例,球帽式下颌覆盖总义齿23例,对其定期进行放射学检查.结果：修复体完成1年时,两组病例种植体周围骨吸收之差异无显著意义.结论：杆卡和球帽附着体下颌种植覆盖总义齿修复1年后,其放射学评价结果无差异.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate X-ray effect of implant-supported mandibular overdentures retained with ball-cap or bar-clip attachments.Methods:23mandibular overdentures each supported by2implants were re-tained with ball-cap attachments.19mandibular overdentures each supported by2implants were retained with bar-clip attachments.By1-year clinical following survey,The implant bone integration was examinded by X-ray.Results:After1-years clinical following survey,We obtained excellent clinical effects.The X-ray showed that all the implants had excellent bone integration.There was no statistical difference of the lost of per-implants between two attachments.Conclusion:The clinical effects of mandibular overdentures retained with imlpants are perfect. |
