32例脑心卒中与30例心脑卒中的临床比较

对脑心卒中和心脑卒中进行临床对比研究发现两者均多见于老年男性患者,在高血压史、高血脂史、糖尿病史、吸烟史等方面无显著性差异,且在心肌酶学、高血糖、高血脂生化指标方面亦无差异.两者心梗部位多见于前壁.而脑梗部位脑心卒中组在皮质下多见,心脑卒中组在皮质区多见.两者在心梗部位与脑梗部位的联系均无明显相关.心脑卒中组,心肌梗塞与脑梗塞间隔时间较脑心卒中组短.两者病死率亦无显著性差异.提示两者可能为同一个疾病单元.本病虽凶险,仍有恢复的希望,应积极抢救治疗.

Clinical Compare between Brain Cardiovascular Stroke (BCS) of 32 Patients and Cardiovascular Brain Stroke (CBS) of 30 Patients

It was found that they were common in senile patients of male after compared with (BCS) and (CBS). They were no marked difference in the history of hypertension, high blood lipid, diabetes and smoke, and also in the myocardium enzyme, high blood sugar and lipid. They were mostly in anterior wail of the MI site, but BCS group was common in under cortex and CBS group was mostly in the cortex in CI site. There were no definite relation between the MI site and CI site. Partition time of MI and CI was shorter in CBS group than in BCS group. The mortality was no significant difference. The result showed that they might be same unit of disease. It should be treated actively because of its hope of restoration though it was critical.
