典型自闭症儿童个案讨论

目的通过本案例为自闭症儿童的鉴别、诊断,尤其是补偿和康复提供启发。方法以质的研究方法为主。结果症状发现较早,但多误诊;通过教育其行为、生活自理、言语交流等均有不同程度的改善,认知发展较好。父母起了积极的作用。可见:案主存在走出自我封闭的可能。结论教育康复模型需进一步完善;教育训练应在全面的理论指引下系统开展;案主的进一步安置值得探讨。

A research on the child with typical autism

Aim To provide the methods of classifica tion and diagnosis for healing and compensation in children with typical autism.Methods Qualitative research was conducted to the subject,male,10years old.Results During the course of training,the boy made a progress in his be-havior,self-care,communication etc,especially in his development of cog-nition.Furthermore,the boy' s parents worked as positive roles.A ll evi-dences showed that it was possible fo r the boy to recover from autism.Conclusions The education and healing model shou ld be improved,and thereafter the training should be ca rried out under the guidance of syste mic theories.Moreover,the child' s aftercare should be further discussed.
