| 摘 要： | 为了筛选一种刺激布鲁氏菌的生长因子,经细菌培养,蛋白质、核酸、氨基酸总量测定及电镜观察等多种指标进行筛选。结果表明,一定浓度的硝酸稀土能够刺激布鲁氏菌快速生长。混合稀土中主要有效成份之一是硝酸镧。

| Abstract: | In order to select a factor of stimulating Bru(?)cella growth,in addition tobacteria culture,electronic microscope surveying,we did a series ofdeterminations of proteins,mucleic acid and total amino-acid.The resultindicates that certain consistency of rare earth element nitrate could stimulateBrucella to grow quickly and one of main effective component in it islanthanum nitrate. |
