用基因重组蛋白rTPA16与rTPA38检测结核病人血清IgG抗体

目的]探讨结核分支杆菌重组rTPA38和rTPA16在结核病免疫学诊断中的应用价值。方法]以rTPA16、rTPA38重组蛋白为抗原，用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA），检测结核病人、其他肺部疾病患者、卡介苗接种后结核菌索试验阳转者血清中的抗体，并与结核病菌素试验结果比较。结果]rTPA16、rTPA38蛋白与结核菌素试验阳性率，82例结核病人血清分别为56．1％、68．3％、78．0％，61例非结核病病人血清分别为9．8％、6．6％、18．0％；与结核菌素试验比较，用rTPA16、rTPA38蛋白检测的特异性分别为84．78％、89．29％。结论]重组蛋白用于检测结核抗体具有较好的特异性，对结核病的血清学诊断有较高参考价值。

The Changes of Antibody in the Tuberculosis Patients by ELSA Coated by rTPA38 or rTPA16 Protein

Objective]To investigate the role of rTPA16,rTPA38 reeombin protein in the detection of tuberculosis padents. Methods]ELISA was established coated by rTPA16 ,rTPA38 reeombin protein and detected the changes of IgG antibody in tuberculosis patients,others lung disease patients an the positive among those who injected BCG. The detect kit coated with PPD antigen was an the control. Results]The positive rates of different antigen rTPA16, rTPA38 and PPD were 56.1%, 68. 3 % and 78.0 % in 82 tuberculosis patients while 9.8 %, 6. 6 %, 18 % in 61 nontuberculosis patients. Compared with PPD test, the specificity of rTPA16,rTPA38 combine proteins were 84. 78% ,89.29 % respectively. Conclusion]The combin protein rTPA16,rTPA38 as coating antigen was relatively spesifisity and can be used in the clinical test.
