冬虫夏草与其混淆品的鉴别

目的鉴别冬虫夏草的正品与混淆品,为珍贵药材的鉴别提供参考依据。方法分别从来源、性状、显微特征、理化性质、紫外吸收光谱鉴别和薄层层析综合分析等各方面对冬虫夏草正品及其混淆品进行了分析、比较及鉴别描述。结果冬虫夏草正品虫体的纹理及腹部乳突状的足十分规则,对称清晰;虫体头部与夏草交生部位被草根敷贴的虫眼,虫口红褐色及亮光泽的角质莹片十分明显。冬虫夏草正品与其混淆品在来源、性状、显微特征及理化性质等各方面均存在很大差异。结论综合多种方法即可清楚鉴别冬虫夏草的正品与混淆品。临床药学人员应提高经验鉴别能力,确保临床用药安全、有效。
