| 摘 要： | 目的观察加味红藤败酱汤并中药灌肠治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床疗效。方法采用随机的原则将100例门诊及住院患者随机分为中药治疗组和西药对照组。治疗组51例,用加味红藤败酱汤内服并中药灌肠治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症7,d为1个疗程;对照组49例,用头孢曲松钠、替硝唑静脉输液治疗,7 d为1个疗程。两组均治疗3个疗程后,对两组临床疗效进行比较,观察两组的临床疗效。结果中药治疗组总有效率为100%,西药对照组总有效率为75.51%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。治疗组50例痊愈患者随访6个月未见复发。结论加味红藤败酱汤并中药灌肠治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症疗效显著,无明显毒副反应,值得临床推广应用。
