骨科手术后深静脉血栓形成的预防性护理摘要

目的：探讨骨科手术后深静脉血栓形成的预防措施和护理方法。方法：对我科2008年12月至2010年4月间骨科手术患者84例进行随机分组，预防性护理组和常规护理组各42例，预防护理措施包括除常规护理外增加加强观察、早期活动、穿弹力袜、避免下肢静脉穿刺、抗凝药物使用等。深静脉血栓形成与否采用彩色超声、血气分析、螺旋CT进行诊断，对两组进行对比分析。结果：预防护理组的深静脉栓塞发生率较常规护理组低（p〈0．05）。结论：骨科手术后采用预防性护理措施能降低深静脉血栓形成的发生。

The prophylactic nursing care of Venous thromboembolism after orthopeadicoperation

Objective ：orthopedic surgery with deep vein thrombosis prevention and care. Methods ：The subjects from December 2008 to April 2010 among 84 patients undergoing orthopedic surgery were randomly assigned to routine care and preventive care group and the group of 42 cases, preventive care measures in addition to routine care, including increased to strengthen surveillance, early activity, wear elastic stockings to prevent venous puncture, use of anticoagulant drugs. Or deep vein thrombosis with color ultrasound, blood gas analysis, helical CT diagnosis, the two groups were compared. Resuhs ：preventive care group of deep venous thrombosis occurred less than usual care group （p 〈0.05）. Conclusion ：The use of preventive care after orthopedic surgery might reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis.
