家庭护理中落实健康教育流程的作用研究

目的：通过对家庭中生活不能自理患者的健康教育落实,了解健康教育落实在家庭护理中的意义。方法：观察组采用全程计划性健康教育,由专人负责制定、实施、评价健康教育计划,并在家庭护理中落实实施;对照组接受常规的住院及出院健康教育。结果：观察组褥疮发生率,Ⅱ期以上褥疮发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）,坠积性肺炎、痰阻发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：健康教育在家庭护理中的落实,可以使患者及家属的焦虑降低、患者并发症发生率减少、患者满意度高、健康教育达标率高。所以健康教育工作应该走出医院,进入家庭。
