细菌性阴道病的临床检验方法在诊断中的比较分析

目的比较4种实验室检测方法对细菌性阴道病的临床诊断意义。方法选取汕头市潮阳区大峰医院自2007年1月至2008年12月收治的214例疑似细菌性阴道病的待检标本分别进行阴道分泌物pH测定、胺试验、线索细胞检查和BV快速检测法4种方法的平行检测,观察比较检测结果。结果 4种检测方法中以线索细胞检查检出率最高(62.6%),BV快速检测法次之(61.7%);pH测定、胺试验法与线索细胞检查比较有明显差异(P<0.05),BV快速检测法与线索细胞检查比较差异不大(P>0.05),无统计学意义。结论 BV快速检测法具有准确、迅速、方便等特点,可以作为临床细菌性阴道病的首选诊断方法;pH测定、胺试验可结合使用以提高测出率;线索细胞检查可作为BV快速检测法的补充检查使用。

Comparative Analysis of Bacterial Vaginosis Clinical Test Method in the Diagnosis

Objective To compare the four types of laboratory tests on bacterial vaginosis in clinical diagnosis. Methods In our hospital from January 2007 to December 2008 treated 214 cases of suspected bacterial vaginosis samples to be tested separately vaginal pH measurement, amine test, clue cells in check and rapid detection of four methods of BV parallel test, observe and compare the test results. Results The four methods of clue cell test in the detection rate to the highest （62.6%）, BV rapid assay times （61.7%）; pH measurement, amine test and clue cells in check there were significant differences （P0.05）, BV and convenient, can be used as clinical bacterial vaginosis diagnostic method of choice; pH measurement, amine test can be used in combination to improve the measured rate; clue cell test as a rapid detection method BV use of the supplementary examination.
