辛伐他汀联合藻酸双脂钠治疗高脂血症患者68例临床观察

目的观察辛伐他汀联合藻酸双脂钠治疗高脂血症的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择68例高脂血症患者,给予口服辛伐他汀20 mg,每晚1次睡前顿服,藻酸双脂钠0.1g每天3次,连用8周。观察患者在治疗前和治疗8周后的血脂、血液流变学、肝肾功能、肌酸激酶等变化。结果疗程结束时患者的总胆固醇、甘油三脂及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均较治疗前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);高密度脂蛋白胆固醇则明显升高(P<0.05)。本组显效24例,有效35例,总有效率为86.8%,无效9例(13.2%),无恶化病例。治疗前后血液流变学指标明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。未见明显毒副作用。结论辛伐他汀与藻酸双脂钠合用降脂疗效肯定,使用安全,值得推广。

Clinical observation of simvastatin combined with alginic sodium diester on the treatment of hypertriglyceridemia

Objective To investigate the clinical effects and safety of simvastatin combined with alginic sodium diester in patients with hypertriglyceridemia.Methods Sixty-eight patients with hypertriglyceridemia were treated with simvastatin 20mg,once daily at bedtime orally,alginic sodium diester 0.1g,thrice daily orally,the course was 8 weeks.The changes of serum lipid,hemorrheology,liver function,renal function and CPk were compared between before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment.Results After 8 weeks of the treatment,the levels of blood TC,TG,and LDL were decreased significantly than those before the treatment.(P<0.01).The levels of HDL were increased significantly(P<0.05).In the group there're 24 cases having exceptional curative effect,35 cases having curative effect,the total effective rate was 86.8%,9 cases having no efficiency,no patient deterioration.The hemorrheology marker were improved significantly in the patients after treatment(P<0.01).No severe side effects.Conclusion Simvastatin combined with alginic sodium diester is an effective and safe method for hypertriglyceridemia.Such approach is worth spreading.
