摘    要:目的:建立一种合理的脊髓损伤模型,以进行脊髓损伤基础研究。方法:采用气垫导轨固定撞锤轨道,改变撞击方向,改进精确定位方式。结果:改进后可有效避免撞击的二次损伤,方便了控制的改进。结论:气垫导轨式脊髓撞击损伤试验模型制作简单经济,容易实现,便于推广,具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To establish a reasonable experimental spinal cord impact injury with air track for basic researches of spinal cord injury. Methods The ram orbit was determined by the air track, with the impact direction changed and the precise orientation mode improved. Results The secondary injury due to impact could be avoided, and the improvement of control was also realized. Conclusion The experimental spinal cord impact injury with air track, being easy to manufacture, is worth popularizing.Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2010,31 (5) : 63,66]
