个体化康复护理指导对胃癌患者生活质量的影响

目的：探讨个体化康复护理指导对胃癌患者生活质量的影响。方法选择我院2010年2月～2012年4月收治的60例胃癌患者为研究对象,依据护理方式不同分为对照组（普通护理组）30例和观察组（个体化康复护理指导组）30例,对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组实施个体化康复护理指导,观察和比较两组的生活质量和护理效果。结果护理前,两组胃癌患者生活质量评估指标的评分无明显差异（P〉0.05）;护理后,两组患者各项生活质量评估指标的评分均显著低于护理前,且观察组患者的各项评分均显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组护理差错的发生率和护患纠纷的投诉率均显著低于对照组,而综合满意率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论个体化康复护理指导可以明显提高胃癌患者的生活质量和护理效果,值得临床推广应用。

The Influence of Individual Rehabilitation Nursing Instruction on the Quality of Life of Patients with Gastric Cancer

Objective To explore the influence of individual rehabilitation nursing instruction on the quality of life of patients with gastric cancer. Methods 60 patients with gastric cancer admitted in our hospital from February 2010 to April 2012 were di-vided into the control group （Ordinary care group） and the observation group（individual rehabilitation nursing instruction group）, 30 cases in each group. The control group received the routine care, while the observation group was implemented guidance of rehabilitation nursing for individual. Observe and compare the life quality and nursing effects of the two groups. Results Before nursing, no significant difference of the scores of quality of life was observed between two groups （P〉0.05）. After nursing, the scores of quality of life of both groups were significantly lower than those before nursing, and they were significantly lower in the observation group than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The rate of nursing error and complaint rate of nurse-patient disputes of observation group were both significantly lower than those of the control group, while the overall satisfaction rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Individual rehabilitation nursing instruction could significantly enhance the quality of life and nursing effect of patients with gastric cancer, and deserve clinical application.
