Abstract: | We report two cases of Caesarean section in patients with Marfan'ssyndrome where continuous subarachnoid anaesthesia failed toprovide an adequate surgical block. This was possibly becauseof dural ectasia, which was confirmed by a computed tomographyscan in both cases. |
