| 摘 要： | 目的:分析肋间动脉灌注化疗起局部皮肤坏死性反应的原因与防治.方法:1997年2月～2002年12月,作者对胸膜转移性肿瘤采用肋间动脉灌注化疗或加栓塞,其中11例患者出现胸部皮肤局部坏死性反应.结果:给予静脉滴注激素、丹参、低右等药物治疗及表皮热敷的方法,均恢复正常.结论:局部皮肤坏死性反应是血管性介入治疗中较严重的一种并发症,术者应高度重视,及时发现,有效治疗.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze Pleura- Cancer- transferred patients with focal skin necrosis effect afteroperation of intercostalartery injection chemotherapy . Methods From Feb. 1997 to Dec.2002,the author treatedpleuta transferred cancer by intercostalartery injection chemotherapy.Among them,elevn patients had chest focalskin necrosis effect. Results Given hormone,Danser and Dextran 40 Glucoseby injection vein and skim warmthcovered, all of them restored to normality. Conclusion Focal skin necrosis effect is a severe complication in vesselinterventional therapy approach.Operators should pay much attention to it,find out it immediately and give itefficient therapy. |
