摘    要:谷氨酸是一种重要的兴奋性神经递质,通过作用于突触前膜和突触后膜的谷氨酸受体发挥作用。谷氨酸转运系统是灭活谷氨酸并维持谷氨酸内环境稳态的主要结构。最近的研究证实抑制脊髓谷氨酸转运体可减轻神经病理性疼痛,预示脊髓谷氨酸转运体可能是治疗神经病理性疼痛的靶点。本文就脊髓谷氨酸转运体在神经病理性疼痛中的作用及可能的机制作一综述。

Abstract:Glutamate is an important excitatory neurotransmitter and acts on glutamate recep- tors located pre-and post-synaptic membranes. The glutamate transporter system is the primary mechanism for the inactivation of glutamate and the maintenance of glutamate homeostasis. Recent studies demonstrated that spinal glutamate transporter inhibitor can relieved neuropathic pain, suggesting that the spinal glutamate transporter might serve as a therapeutic target for treatment of neuropathic pain. This paper reviews the evidence for the role of the spinal glutamate transporter in neuropathie pain and discuss its potential mechanisms.
