| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血清IL－4在原发性皮肤淀粉样变中的作用机制。方法 采用ELISA法测定了46例原发性皮肤淀粉样变患者血清中IL－4及IgE水平。结果 患者血清中IL－4水平明显高于正常人群;轻、中症患者血清IgE水平正常,重症患者血清IgE水平明显高于其余各组及正常对照组;患者的临床评分与血清IgE之间存在着明显正相关（r＝0．35,P＜0．05）。结论 血清IL－4及IgE在原发性皮肤淀粉样变的发生、发展过程中起着重要的作用。

Measurement of Serum IgE & IL-4 Level in Primary Amyloidosis of the Skin |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the immunological mechanism of cutaneousamyloidosis.Methods We measured serum IgE & IL-4 of 46 patients with cutaneous amyloidosis by ELISA.Results The Results show that serum IL-4 level of the patients is higher than that of the normal people.Serum IgE level of the patients with severe clinical manifestations is much higher than that of the normal people;while there are no significant difference between the normal people and the patients with little clinical manifestations.Serum IgE is relevant with the grade of clinical manifestation.Conclusion It is concluded that serum IL-4 & IgE make important roles in the developing of cutaneous amyloidosis. |
