Abstract: | Anastomosis between the segment VI intrahepatic bile duct and the stump of the cystic duct was done to relieve obstructive jaundice caused by high biliary malignant obstruction. This procedure is considered to be a safe and easy method to provide good palliation in patients with unresectable hepatic hilar carcinoma. |
