| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨PCR检测TB－DNA的室内质控方法。方法：通过设立空白对照和BCG参照在3个实验室用3种试剂对TB－DNAPCR进行室内质控。结果：空白对照能很好地监测污染造成的假阳性，以不同衡释倍数的BCG不但能很好地检测试验的敏感度，且能对整个实验加以质控。结论：采用空白对照和BCG对TB－DNAPCR进行室内质控是一种理想的室内质控方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study quality control in laboratory methods of TB-DNA PCR. Methods Using three reagents controls quality of TB-DNA PCR by blank control and Bacille calmette-Guenn (BCG) reference were carried in three laboratories. Results Blank control can monitor polluting positive reaction well and BCG of different rate of dilution not only detect sensitivity of reagents, but control quality of whole experiment. Conclusion Controling TB-DNA PCR by blank control and BCG reference is an idea method for quality control in laboratory. |
