新生儿医院感染的调查分析与护理对策

目的：制定有效控制措施，减少新生儿医院感染的发生。方法：采用回顾性调查方法，对我院新生儿医院感染相关因素进行分析。结果：5年中我院新生儿医院感染率在2．13％～8．11％，并且各年之间比较有极显著差异（P〈0．01）。同时感染率随年份有明显的下降趋势，差异呈高度显著负相关：医院感染部位前三位依次是呼吸道、皮肤软组织和胃肠道感染（分别为37．42％、21．29％、19．36%和12．90％）；细菌分布以革兰氏阴性杆菌为主。结论：新生儿医院感染以呼吸道感染为主，医务人员应严格无菌操作，合理使用抗菌药物，强化无菌意识，有效地控制医院感染的发生。

Investigation analysis and nursing strategy of nosocomial infection in newborn wards

Objective：To supervist the relative factors of mosoeomial infectrens among newborn wards so as to take effective control measures to reduce the occurrences. Methods：The suvey of nosocomial infection in hospitalized patients in newborn wards was made with retrospective investigation in our hospital. Results ：The infection in hospitalized patients in newborn were between 2.13% -8.11% in 5 years ,and there were Significant difference in every years （3t3 = 198.326, P 〈 0.01 ）. At the same time, the infection had the downward trend with the year increase,linear regression equation, with a significant inverse eorrdlation difference. The first three places of hospital infection sites were respiratory ,skin infection and gastrointestinal in succession（ there were 37.42%, 21.29% , 19.36% and 12.90% ） ; gram - negative bacilli were predonminant in bacterial distribution. Conclusion ： R.estiratory infection are seen frequently among hospitalized patients nosoeomial infection in newborn wards in our hospital, and medical workers must strictly follow the aseptic techniques, use the antimierobial agents properly and pay attention to basic nursing. The occurrence of in infection events should be under the control of synthetic and objective supervision of nosocomlal infections.
