| 摘 要： | 将中医古籍各医家对小儿呕吐的病因病机认识进行归纳总结。阐明小儿发生呕吐的病机总属于胃，和肝脾有关，分为寒、热、虚、实及情志所伤。内因多为小儿脾胃先天不足，脆嫩柔弱，外因则是感受寒湿暑热外邪，喂养护理不当。在总结基础上为辨证论治提供新线索，从中找到治疗小儿呕吐的突破点。

| Abstract: | We summarized the understanding of etiology and pathogenesis on children vomiting from the ancient books in traditional Chinese medicine.Pediatric vomiting pathogenesis mainly concern with the stomach , also relate to the liver and the spleen .Generally, pediatric vomiting is due to coldness, heat, deficiency, excess and sentment.The internal reasons can be the delicate children with deficiency of the spleen and the stomach, while the external reasons should be improper feeding or catching coldness, heat, damp.Based on the summary, We want to provide new clues for the differentiation treatment and to find breakthrough for the pediatric vomiting treatment . |
