摘    要:目的重建上肢血管和神经三维行径,同时探索一种血管与神经计算机三维重建的实用方法。方法用明胶-氧化铅混悬液灌注新鲜成人尸体标本1具,解剖分离出上肢的主干血管和臂丛神经主要分支,40%的硝酸银溶液涂抹正中、尺、桡、肌皮和腋神经,行连续螺旋CT扫描,应用Amira3.1软件对上肢血管和臂丛神经主要分支进行计算机三维重建并立体显示。结果重建的三维图像可直观、形象、生动地体现上肢血管和臂丛神经主要分支的空间位置关系,并可按各种方向任意旋转演示。结论三维重建图像较好地描述了血管与神经的相互关系,明胶-氧化铅血管标识及神经涂染行血管神经的三维重建是一种较实用的方法。

Abstract:Objective To reconstruct the three-dimensional structures of blood vessels and nerves in the upper limb, and to explore a useful and practical method for three-dimensional reconstruction of blood vessels and nerves. Methods One adult fresh cadaver upper limb specimen was perfused with lead oxide-latex mixture. The major vessels and braehial plexus and its terminal branches were dissected. 40% silver nitrate cream was painted on the median nerve, ulnar nerve, radial nerve, museulocutaneous nerve, and axillary nerve. Continuous spiral CT scanning of the upper limb was conducted thereafter. The images were digitized by Amira 3.1 software and three-dimensional images of main arteries of the upper limb and main branches of the braehial plexus were reconstructed. Results 3D reconstructed models could perfectly display the spatial relationship of the main upper limb arteries and main branches of the braehial plexus. Those 3D images can be rotated in any direction. Conclusion 3D reconstruction of blood vessels and nerves of the upper limb offers visual insight of their anatomic relationship. It can be applied in clinical training, pre-operative design and virtual operation procedures, Lead oxide-latex perfusion and silver nitrate painting is a practical method for 3D reconstruction of blood vessels and nerves.
