咪唑安定清醒镇静用于老年病人胃镜检查的可行性研究

目的 研究咪唑安定清醒镇静用于老年人胃镜检查的可行性及最佳剂量。方法 120例拟行胃镜检查的患者，年龄70～85岁，ASAⅠ～Ⅲ级。静注咪唑安定20μg／kg，以后每2min追加咪唑安定10μg／kg，并进行警觉／镇静评分，直至OAA／S评分降至3分止，即行胃镜检查。同时记录患者不同(OAA／S)评分时咪唑安定的用量。观察其镇静分级，记录检查中血压、脉搏、血氧饱和度的变化，以及在检查过程中的感受情况、遗忘程度、检查后的满意度。结果 咪唑安定用于老年患者胃镜检查是安全有效的，其镇静效果好，遗忘程度高，对呼吸循环影响小，无任何后遗症。结论 咪唑安定清醒镇静用于老年患者胃镜检查是安全有效的，但检查过程中应注意加强监测。

Clinical feasibility study on conscious sedation of imidazole for gastroscopy in old patient

To study the feasibility of the conscious sedation of the imidazole for gastroscopy in old patient and the best dosage. 120 patients (70~85 ages ASAI~III) underwent gastroscopy were mainlined imidazole 20 ug/kg and then added 10 ug/kg every 2 minutes, meanwhile mensurated the wake/sedation scores. When the scores descended to 3 patients were underwent the gastroscopy, and meamwhile record the dosage of the the imidazole at the different OAA/S scores. Observe the sedation grade record the change of the blood pressure pulse and SPO2 and the feeling, oblivion extent, satisfaction in the gastroscopy course. Imisazole is safe and effective for gastroscopy in old patients, it has perfect conscious sedation effect high oblivion extent and it has little influence on circulatory systems, and no any sequela. [Conclusion] The conscious sedation of the imisazole is safe and effective for gastroscopy in old patients, but it should be inspected in the gastroscopy course.
