HBV血清标志物HBsAg与HBsAb共存的特殊模式分析

目的 探讨、分析乙型肝炎病毒血清标志物乙型肝炎表面抗原与抗体（HBsAg与HBsAb）并存的特殊模式特点。方法 运用酶联免疫吸附法检测服务从业人员、健康体检人员、门诊及住院患者的血清。结果 从896份HBsAg阳性血清标本中收集HBsAg与HBsAb共存标本68份（7.59%）；其中乙型肝炎5茂指标组合模式有5类，以单纯HBsAg与HBsAb同时阳性为主，占52.9%。结论 血清HBsAg与HBsAb共存以单纯HBsAg与HBsAb同时阳性为主，也有其他模式存在，同时进行聚合酶链反应检测有助于评价其意义。

Analysis of coexistence of HBsAg and HBsAb in serum

Objective To analyse characteristics of the coexistence of HBsAg and HBsAb which are markers of HBV in serum. Methods ELISA was used to exam serum of healthy waiters and workers, physical examiners and patients. Results There were 68 cases of coexistence about HBsAg and HBsAb in serum among 896 cases which were HBsAg-positive (7.59%), there were 5 special types of HBsAg and HBsAb coexistence. The majority was coexistence of only HBsAg and HBsAb (52.9%). Conclusion There are several types of coexistence of serological markers in patients with hepatitis virus, the coexistence of only HBsAg and HBsAb is the main type.
