| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨白内障囊外摘出及人工晶状体植入术后迟发性葡萄膜炎的发病率及发病机制。方法 回顾性分析３０例３０眼植入后房型人工晶状体后迟发性葡萄膜炎的临床资料和随访结果。结果 术后迟发性葡萄膜炎的发病率为２．８１％，其中４眼最终发生眼球萎缩。结论人工晶状体植入术后迟发性葡萄膜炎可导致眼球萎等严重的后果，必须引起高度重视。

| Abstract: | Objective To study morbidity and mechanism of the late phase uveitis after the extracapsular cataract extraction with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinic information and results of follow up on 30 cases of late phase uveitis after operation.Results morbidity of the late phase uveitis after operation was 2.81%,4 of 30 cases caused atrophy of eyeball.Conclusion The late phase uveitis after implantation of intraocular lens would cause serious outcome of atrophy of eyeball.Must be enhanced attention. |
