摘    要:目的 加深对周围型小肺癌高分辨螺旋CT(HRSCT)表现的认识,提高其诊断准确率.方法 收集2002年05月~2005年06月螺旋CT诊断、临床病理或随访证实的周围型小肺癌35例进行回顾性分析.结果 周围型小肺癌的主要HRSCT征象有:分叶征30例,边缘细短毛刺征26例,空泡征和(或)空气支气管征15例;次要HRSCT征象有:血管支气管集束征14例,胸膜凹陷征13例,胸膜尾征6例,磨玻璃征2例,蜂窝征2例.结论 高分辨螺旋CT扫描(HRSCT)能够清晰显示周围型小肺癌的形态、边缘、密度及其与邻近组织的关系,在周围型小肺癌的诊断中有重要价值.

Abstract:Objective To get deeper understanding of HRSCT features of peripheral small lung carcinomas so as to enhance the diagnostic accuracy. Methods The HRSCT features of 35 cases of peripheral small lung carcinoma were studied and compared with the clinical surgical and pathology findings,in the 2002.05~2005.06. Results HRSCT major findings of peripheral small lung carcinomas included obulations in 30,slender and short spiculation in 26,vacuole and /or bronchiologram in 15, HRSCT affiliated findings included bronchovascularbandles in 14,pleural indentations in 13,pleuralends in 6, milling glass dens in 2,honeycombs in 2. Conclusions High resolution scan of spiral CT can clearly display the shape?edge?density of peripheral small lung carcinomas,and anatomy relation with it's neighbor,it is of important value in the diagnosis of peripheral small lung carcinomas.
