枳术丸与枳术汤对胃肠运动影响的实验研究

目的:观察枳术丸与枳术汤对胃肠运动的影响及差别。方法:小鼠灌胃给药3d,禁食12h,酚红糊剂灌胃,30min后处死,测胃内酚红残留率及小肠酚红推进率。结果:胃内残留率,枳术丸与枳术汤大、小剂量各组与对照组无显著差异;小肠推进率,枳术汤大、小剂量组>枳术丸大剂量组>枳术丸小剂量组、对照组。结论:枳实白术配伍确有促进小肠推进的作用,作用强度枳术汤大于枳术丸,并呈量效关系;对胃排空的影响不明显。

The Studies of Zhizhu Pill and Zhizhu Decoction on Gastrointestinal Movement

Objective:To observe the effect and difference of Zhizhu Pill and Zhizhu Decoction on gastrointestinal movement.Methods:The mice were orally administered Zhizhu Pill or Zhizhu Decoction for three days and then fasted 12 h. The mice were executed 30 min after oral administration of phenol red paste. The rates of phenol red residue in stomach and phenol red advancement in small intestine were determined.Results:Compared with control group, the rate of residue in stomach was no statistic difference in high and low dose of Zhizhu Pill of Zhizhu Decoction. However, the advanced rate of small intestine was shown difference in every experimental group. The effective order was the high and low dose of Zhizhu Decoction, the high dose of Zhizhu Pill, the low dose of Zhizhu Pill and control group.Conclusion:The match of Zhishi and Baizhu has significant effect on advancement in small intestine. The effect in Zhizhu Decoction is higher than in Zhizhu Pill and in dose-dependent manner. The two preparations of the matched drug have no affection in gastric evaluation.
