阿苯达唑 氟苯达唑和吡喹酮对犬钩蚴的作用

摘    要:目的了解阿苯达唑、氟苯达唑和吡喹酮对犬钩蚴的作用。方法将药物与标本充分混匀,置于固体培养基滤纸上,均匀按压后,盖上平皿盖。置35℃培养(孵化)箱培养24h,分别将药物与培养物钩蚴混匀,用水洗沉淀法镜下分别观察药物作用24、48h的沉淀物中钩蚴的生长发育情况。结果药物作用24、48h后,与对照组相比,阿苯达唑效果明显,钩蚴发育停止、轮廓模糊、内部结构不清消失。氟苯达唑几乎无作用。吡喹酮结果与对照组相同,可见钩蚴明显长大,体态自然、虫体透明、轮廓明显、结构清晰。结论阿苯达唑对犬钩蚴发育有明显的抑制作用,氟苯达唑和吡喹酮对犬钩蚴发育无抑制作用。

Abstract:Objective To understand the effect of albendazole, flubendazole and praziquantel against the larvae of Ancylostoma caninum. Methods Albendazole, flubendazole and praziquantel were mingled with the samples of dogs' stools fully, and then put on the filter papers with solid-culture-medium and hatched at 35 ℃ for 24 h or 48 h. The growth and development of the larvae were observed under a microscope. Results Effected by the drugs for 24 h or 48 h, and compared with the control group, albendazole had obvious effect on the larvae of Ancylostoma caninum that stopped the development, and their profiles were fuzzy and their internal structure disappeared. Flubendazole and praziquantel had no effects. Conclusions Albendazole has obvious restrained effect on the development of larvae of Ancylostoma caninum, but flubendazole and praziquantel have no effects.
