| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血管性介入术后发生急性肺动脉栓塞(Acute Pulmonary embolism,APE)的临床特点及危险因素,提出预防和处理的方法和措施.方法:分析5例血管性介入术后并发APE患者的临床表现、抢救治疗及效果.结果:5例中4例抢救无效死亡,1例患者经抗休克、溶栓、抗凝、对症治疗后症状缓解,分别经尸检或影像学检查证实为急性肺动脉栓塞.结论:血管性介入术后可能并发APE,应注意预防.

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the clinical characteristics,treament and prevention of acute pulmonary artery embolism(APE) caused by vascular interventional therapy.Methods: The clinical presentation,treatment and result of 5 cases of APE caused by vascular interventional therapy were analyzed retrospectively.Results :4 patients died of salvation inefficacy,only 1 patient was survived.All the cases were proved by autopsy or imaging examination.Conclusions: The risk of acute pulmonary embolism caused by vascular inte... |
