康艾注射液协同化疗治疗急性白血病

目的观察康艾注射液协同化疗治疗急性白血病的临床疗效、骨髓抑制期血象白细胞的最低值及恢复时间、重症感染的发生率及患者生存质量等方面内容。方法将46例患者配对后随机分入治疗组（23例）和对照组（23例），对照组单纯采用化疗；治疗组同样化疗外予康艾注射液40ml加入5％葡萄糖注射液或生理盐水250ml静脉滴注，1坎／d，连用15d。待骨髓抑制期恢复（约2～3周）后行第二疗程化疗，两个疗程后评价疗效。结果本研究结果显示，治疗组完全缓解率与对照组比较，结果无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；治疗组白细胞最低值高于对照组，白细胞恢复时间短于对照组，结果有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；治疗组重症感染的发生率低于对照组（P〈0．05），治疗组患者生存质量优于对照组（P〈0．01），结果有显著性差异。结论康艾注射液有助于机体的恢复，有利于患者渡过化疗危险期，并提高生存质量。

Kang'ai Injection with Chemotherapy for Acute Leukemia

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Kang＇ ai injection with chemotherapy for acute leukemia,include interleukin minimum value in bone marrow suppression period, the restoration time of interleukin, the incidence of severe infection,and the QOL of patients. Methods By random group-matching,46 cases were divided into treatment group（23 cases） and control group（23 cases）, the control group was treated with chemotherapy alone, while the treatment group both with chemotherapy and Kang＇ ai injection go ml add 5% glucose or saline injection 250 ml 1 time/d ＊ 15 d. The efficacy were evaluated after two courses of chemotherapy,the second course of chemotherapy began when bone marrow suppression restore （ about 2 to 3 weeks late）. Results There was no significant difference between treatment group and control in complete remission rate （P 〉 0.05）, yet there were significant differences when treatment group compared with control in the lowest leukocyte number（ treatment group was more higher P 〈 0.05 ） ,leukocyte recovery time（ treatment group was more shorter P 〈 0.05 ） and incidence of severe infection（ treatment group was more lower P 〈 O. 05）, and also the QOL of patients in treatment group was better than that in control. Conclusion Kang＇ ai injection is beneficial to the restoration of body and shorting the dangerous period after chemotherapy. It can improve the quality of life.
