一次性灌肠器的改良与应用效果评价

目的:探讨三通气囊、负压吸引式一次性灌肠器在清洁灌肠中的应用效果。方法:将240例需术前清洁灌肠的结肠癌患者随机分成两组,实验组120例采用改良式一次性灌肠器灌肠,对照组120例采用传统的灌肠法,观察两组患者的不良反应、肠道清洁度、清洁肠道所用时间及患者的依从性。结果:两组不良反应、肠道清洁满意度、清洁肠道所用时间及患者依从性比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:改良后的灌肠器设计合理,操作简便,减轻了患者痛苦,提高了肠道清洁率,值得推广应用。

Modification of disposable enemator and evaluation of the effectiveness of application

Objective: To explore the effectiveness of application of disposable enemator with tee-joint gasbag and vacuum suction. Methods: Those 240 patients with colon cancer who were going to be operated were divided into two groups at random. Modified disposal enemator was used to give 120 patients enema in the experiment group, conventional enema was applied in the control group. Side-effects, cleaning of intestine, time of cleaning and the compliance of patients were observed. Results: There was significant difference in side-effects, cleaning of intestine, time of cleaning and the compliance of patients between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion: The modified enemator is designed reasonably, applied easily and can effectively relief patient's suffering and make intestine more clean.
