| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨硬腰联合麻醉应用于直肠癌根治手术的效果。方法 :对 180例硬腰联合麻醉下直肠癌根治手术的麻醉效果进行评定。结果 :硬腰联合麻醉起效时间短 ,阻滞范围广 ,用药量小。结论 :硬腰联合麻醉应用于直肠癌根治手术效果确切 ,操作简便 ,值得推广

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of combined spinal and epidural anesthesia on rectal carcinoma radical operation.Methods:180 cases of rectal carcinoma radical operations were undertaken under the combined spinal and epidural anesthesia,and the effect was evaluated.Results:The combined spinal and epidural anesthesia had advantages such as short time of taking effect ,wide range of block and small doses of local anesthetic drugs.Conclusion:The effect of combined spinal and epidural anesthesia or rectal carcinoma radical operations was comfirmatory and the method was easy operated,which was worthy of wide use. |
