带监测皮岛腓骨移植治疗股骨颈骨折

目的：探讨监测皮岛腓骨移植治疗股骨颈骨折的临床价值。方法：用带监测皮岛的腓骨移植结合AO空心钉内固定治疗11例中青年股骨颈骨折患者。结果：11例中1例监测皮岛于术后监测过程中准确地提示移植腓骨血管危象，及时手术探查处理，复通血供。11例监测皮岛全部成活，随访1～3年，股骨颈骨折端骨愈合，股骨头无坏死。结论：带监测皮岛吻合血管的腓骨移植治疗股骨颈骨折疗效可靠，监测皮岛是腓骨移植术后血供监测的可靠方法。

Treatment of femoral neck fractures with fibular grafts with monitoring-flap

Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of fibular grafts with monitoring-flap on the treatment of femoral neck fracture. Methods: The fibular grafts with monitoring-flap by microvascular anatomosis plus AO compression screw was used to treat femoral neck fractures in 11 young-adult patients. Results: One of the 11 cases' monitoring-flap showed accurately the crisis in the circulation of the grafted fibula and after some procedures was involved the monitoring-flap was alive. Other cases of monitoring-flap were alive. The percentage of fracture healing was 100% and no vascular necrosis of femoral head was found during 1 to 3-year follow-up. Conclusions: The fibular grafts with monitoring-flap by microvascular anastomosis used for treating young-adult femoral neck fracture can be regarded as a good method. It is reliable for observing the circulation of grafted fibula in vascularized fibular transplant with monitoring-flap.
