| 摘 要： | 对20例用甘露醇治疗的急性脑梗塞病人的SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)进行动态监测,结果发现甘露醇具有较强的清除自由基作用,这一作用与其脱水作用不同,作为自由基清除剂,甘露醇在急性脑梗塞的病人早期用药应为250ml或500ml静脉点滴,每12小时1次。

| Abstract: | The mannitol was used to treat 20 patients with acute ceredral infarction, The series of change of SOD was observed after administer medicine. The results indicate that mannitol had strong function of eliminating free radicals,the function was markedly,different from its effect of dehydration. As a free radical scavenger the mamitol should be used 250ml or 500ml per 12 hours intravenous drip in the acute stage. |
