| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肱骨近端锁定钢板（LPHP）治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法2006年2月～2008年2月，采用肱骨近端锁定钢板对23例肱骨近端粉碎性骨折患者进行治疗，其中男16例，女7例；年龄16～73岁，平均46．6岁；左侧8例，右侧15例。17例为摔伤，6例为车祸伤。根据Neer分型，2部分骨折（Ⅱ型）12例，3部分骨折（Ⅲ型）6例，四部骨折3例（Ⅳ型）。结果所有患者均获随访，时间6～24个月，平均18个月。平均骨折愈合时间平均6．3个月。1例出现肱骨头坏死．1例出现螺钉切割脱出，无1例出现腋神经损伤。所有患者均能完成日常生活动作。术后功能评价采用Constatit评分表评价．优良率为86．9（20／23）。结论肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折效果好．可以达到骨折功能愈合及早期功能锻炼．特别对老年骨质疏松者尤为适用．
