血必净联合血液灌流治疗重度有机磷中毒的临床研究

目的:探讨在治疗重度有机磷中毒患者时常规治疗基础上加用血液灌流及中药血必净注射液的作用。方法:将55例受试对象按照随机数字表,分为常规治疗组(A组)18例;常规治疗+血液灌流组(B组)19例;常规治疗+血液灌流+血必净组(C组)18例。按照研究设计方案统一对患者进行临床救治和临床观察。结果:血液灌流后患者的心肌酶、转氨酶、淀粉酶、肌酐等均显著下降(P<0.05),C组明显低于B组(P<0.05);各组别血气分析及胆碱酯酶活力恢复情况:C组明显高于B组(P<0.05);在总住院费用上无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上联合应用血必净、血液灌流治疗急性重度有机磷中毒疗效显著。

Clinical Research of Xuebijing Injection Joining up Blood Perfusion Treating for Severe Organophos Poisoning

Objective:In the treatment of severe organophosphorus poisoning patients,the conventional treatment added the use of blood perfusion and Xuebijing injection to explore the role of both in treatment.Methods:All 55 subjects in accordance with the random number table were devided into the conventional therapy group(A group) 18 cases and conventional therapy adding blood perfusion group (B group) 19 cases;conventional treatment adding Xuebijing and blood perfusion group(C group) 18 cases.Unified by the study design for clinical treatment of patients and clinical observation.Result:Patients after blood perfusion enzyme,ALT.amylase,creatinine decreased significantly(P<0.05),C group was lower than B group(P<0.05).The blood gas analysis and cholinesterase activity group situation:C group was higher than B group(P<0.05),total hospital costs were not significant differences(P>0 05) Conclusion:In the treatment of severe acute organophosphorus poisoning patients,the conventional treatment added the use of blood perfusion and Xuebijing injection which had curative effect.
