| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨综合治疗恶性肠梗阻对改善生活质量、延长生存期的作用.方法 选择2005年5月至2009年5月住院治疗的恶性肠梗阻患者29例,给予外科手术治疗或以生长抑素、静脉营养、止吐止痛等综合治疗,比较治疗前后肠梗阻症状、血生化指标、生活质量评分改善情况.结果 29例患者梗阻完全缓解恢复至进食达68.97%;生活质量明显改善,治疗后患者生存质量卡氏评分(KPS评分)为(57±3)分,较治疗前(33±6)分明显升高(P<0.05);中位生存期为79 d.结论 对恶性肠梗阻的综合治疗,能明显改善患者的临床症状和生活质量.
