微生态制剂对溃疡性结肠炎患者治疗前后临床疗效分析

目的:探讨微生态制剂对溃疡性结肠炎患者治疗前后临床疗效分析。方法:选择2008年2月—2010年6月来我院治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者60例,其中男49例,女11例,年龄在25—68岁,平均年龄51岁,病程1～26d,患者经过内镜以及组织学检查确诊为溃疡性结肠炎,全部病例符合溃疡性结肠炎诊断标准,将60例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,两组患者在年龄、性别、病情轻重及累及部位无显著性差异,具有可比性。结果:治疗组患者在治疗前后的溃疡性结肠炎活动指数(DAI)P<0.05,具有显著性差异。对照组患者与治疗组患者在治疗前与治疗后的溃疡性结肠炎活动指数(DAI)比较,P<0.05,具有显著性差异。而对照组在治疗前后的结果没有显著性差异。照组与治疗组在临床疗效上比较,P<0.05,具有显著性差异。对照组患者在治疗后6个月的治疗结果,显效患者1例,有效患者5例,无效患者24例,总有效率20.00%。治疗组患者在治疗后6个月的治疗结果,显效患者23例,有效患者4例,无效患者3例,总有效率90.00%。结论:微生态制剂对溃疡性结肠炎有较好的诱导缓解治疗作用,具有很好的安全性,值得广泛使用。

Probiotics on Patients with Ulcerative Colitis Appear Before and After the Treatment of Clinical Efficacy Analysis

Objective:To investigate ptobiotics before and after treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis clinical efficacy analysis. Method:February 2008 -2010 Nian June to our hospital 60 patients with ulcerative colitis,including 49 males and 11 females,aged 25- 68 years,mean age 51 years,duration of 1～26d,After endoscopy and histology in patients diagnosed with ulcerative colitis,ulcerative colitis,all patients meet the diagnostic criteria,60 patients were randomly divided into control and treatment group,the two groups in age, sex,severity and involvement No significant differences in position,comparable.Results:The treatment group before and after treatment in patients with ulcerative colitis activity index(DAI) P<0.05,significant difference.Control patients in the treatment of patients with the treatment group before and after treatment of ulcerative colitis activity index(DAI) comparison,P<0.05,significant difference.The control group before and after treatment results in no significant difference.Control group and treatment group to compare the clinical efficacy,P<0.05,significant difference.Patients in the control group 6 months after treatment,treatment outcomes,effective in patients with 1 case, the effective 5 cases,24 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 20.00%.Treated patients 6 months after treatment,treatment outcomes, effective in 23 patients,4 patients with effective and ineffective 3 cases,the total effective rate 90.00%.Conclusion:Ulcerative colitis probiotics on the induction of remission in better therapeutic effect,with good security,it is widely used
