123例创伤性脾破裂的临床急救与护理

目的:探讨创伤性脾破裂的临急救与护理,为临床工作提供参考。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的123例创伤性脾破裂患者的临床资料,总结患者的临床急救措施,分析临床护理工作要点。结果:123例患者经过我院的积极治疗与优质的临床护理服务,患者均得到满意的临床效果。123例患者中,有110例患者接受了脾切除手术,13例患者经过保守治疗。所有患者均康复出院,无并发症发生,治愈率达100%。结论:临床救治创伤性脾破裂的患者,需要医护人员争分夺秒地进行抢救,密切观察患者的生命体征,给予高质量的护理服务,以减少患者的并发症,提高救治成功率。

123 Cases of Traumatic Rupture of the Emergency and Clinical Care

Objective:Of traumatic rupture of the temporary first aid and care,provide a reference for clinical work. Methods:Retrospective analysis of our hospital treated 123 cases of traumatic splenic rupture in patients with clinical data of patients with clinical first-aid measures,analysis of the clinical care points.Result:123 patients after hospital treatment and a positive quality of clinical care,the patients were satisfied with the clinical results.In 123 patients,110 patients underwent splenectomy,13 patients after conservative treatment.All patients were discharged without complications,the cure rate of 100%.Conclusion:Clinical treatment of traumatic rupture of the patients,medical staff need to race against time to rescue,close observation of the patient’s vital signs,to give high quality care services to reduce patient complications and improve treatment success rate.
