胃底成形及幽门扩张术治疗食管下段癌贲门癌(附165例报告)

目的:为了预防食管胃吻合口的并发症。方法:作者设计了食管胃部分切除后胃底成形再造术重建消化道,同期经胃切口行幽门扩张治疗食管下段癌、贲门癌。结果:采用该术式治疗食管下段鳞状细胞癌43例,贲门腺癌125例,无手术死亡。手术后近期吻合口瘘、吻合口狭窄和返流性食管炎等吻合并发症的发生率明显降低。结论:本方法操作简单,有效地预防了食管胃吻合口并发症的发生,有实用价值。

Gastric and Pyloric Dilatation Angioplasty Treatment of Esophageal Cancer and Gastric Cardia (with 165 Cases Reported)

Objective:To investigate the value of forming gastric and pylorodiosis in the treatment of the carcinoma at the lower part of esophagus and at cardia of stomach.Method:165 patients were enrolled in this study.43 cases were squamous carcinoma at the lower part of esophagus and 125 cases were gastric cardiac adenocarcinoma.All of the cases received esopbagogastrostomy and pylorodiosis. Results:There were no dead cases after operation.Short-term complications including anastomoticleakage,stenosis and reflux esophagitis were significantly reduced.Conclusions:The method is simple,it is effective in preventing esophageal anastomotic complications and has practical value.
