| 摘 要： | 目的完善小儿健脾贴膏的质量标准。方法对处方中丁香、吴茱萸、五倍子、冰片分别采用薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法进行鉴别和含量测定研究。结果建立了吴茱萸、五倍子、冰片3项薄层鉴别以及丁香中丁香酚的液相色谱鉴别和含量测定。薄层图谱斑点清晰,空白无干扰;丁香酚加样回收率为82.2%,RSD为2.9%(n=6)。结论薄层色谱法鉴别、高效液相色谱法含量测定专属性强,方法简便、重现性好,可较全面地控制小儿健脾贴膏的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality specification of Xiaoerjianpi Plaster.Methods Flos Caryophylli,Fructus Evodiae,Galla Chinensis and Borneolum syntheticum were identified by TLC or HPLC.Eugenol in Borneolum syntheticum was determined by HPLC.Results The developed TLC spots were fairly clear,and the blank test showed no interference.The average recovery of eugenol was 82.2%,RSD was 2.9%(n=6).Conclusion The methods are simple and special with good reproducibility,and the method can be used for quality contro... |
