| 摘 要： | 目的 观察国产噻托溴铵联合布地奈德福莫特罗对中重度支气管哮喘并慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的疗效.方法 采用随机、双盲的方法将51例患者分为治疗组(26例)和对照组(25例).治疗组给予国产噻托溴铵联合小剂量布地奈德福莫特罗,对照组给予中等剂量布地奈德福莫特罗,治疗12个月.结果 与对照组比较,治疗组患者生活质量评分、急性发作次数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 国产噻托溴铵联合小剂量布地奈德福莫特罗吸入治疗中重度支气管哮喘合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病,与单用中等剂量布地奈德福莫特罗相比,在改善患者生活质量、减少急性加重次数方面更有优越性.
