摘    要:目的:对277株肺炎链球菌进行生物学鉴定和血清学分型。方法:本文采用常规细菌鉴定及经改良的针对肺炎链球菌的特殊形态学、生化学鉴定方法,包括菌落特征、革兰染色镜检、生化反应、胆汁溶菌试验、Optochin试验、荚膜肿胀试验、荚膜染色试验等方法,对277株肺炎链球菌菌株进行了生物学鉴定和血清学分型。结果:277株经鉴定为典型的肺炎链球菌菌株中,1型和5型最多见,分别占11.6%和10.1%;其次为6B、3型、14型、19F、23F及2型,约占4.3%~6.5%。结论:实验结果对我国肺炎球菌疫苗生产菌种的质量控制具有指导意义。

Identification and Serotyping Result Analysis of 277 Strains of Streptococcus Pneumoniae

Abstract:Objective:To identify and serotype 277 strains of the Streptococcus pneumoniae.Methods:After conventional microbiological identification as Streptococcus pneumococci,277 strains were serotyped using modified morphologic and biochemical techniques,including colony characteristics,gram’s staining,biochemical reactions,microscopic bile lysozyme test,Optochin test,quellung test as well as capsule assays.Results:Of the 277 strains were identified as typical Streptococcus pneumoniae strains,type 1 and type 5 arc most common,respectively 11.6%and 10.1%;followed by 6B,type 3,type 14,19F,23F and type 2,accounts for about 4.3%-6.5%. Conclusion:The data above may be particularly instructive in the field of vaccine production.
