微创颅内血肿碎吸术联合依达拉奉治疗高血压脑出血220例

目的 探讨微创颅内血肿碎吸术联用依达拉奉治疗高血压脑出血的可行性.方法 将随机抽取220例高血压脑出血患者分成4组,分别予单独使用一般方法治疗(A组)、微创颅内血肿清除术治疗(B组)、依达拉奉治疗(C组),微创颅内血肿碎吸术联用依迭拉奉治疗(D组).结果 治疗14 d后,患者死亡率大小依次为D组(18.18%)、B组(27.27%)、C组(34.55%)、A组(45.45%),且D组治疗1个月后的神经功能缺损程度的改善明显高于其他3组.结论 微创颅内血肿碎吸术联用依达拉奉是治疗高血压脑出血是一种安全、有效的方法.
