儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘临床特点和治疗

目的:了解小儿咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床特点及治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析87例小儿咳嗽变异型哮喘患者的发病诱因、临床特点及治疗措施。结果:变异型哮喘常以咳嗽为唯一症状,无喘息,多在夜间或早晨发作。支气管扩张剂及肾上腺皮质激素等联合应用,可症状减轻,一个月内完全缓解。结论:小儿咳嗽变异型哮喘临床上较常见,提高对其认识,及时给予综合性治疗可取得显著临床效果。

Clinical Feature and Therapy of Cough Variant Asthma In Children

Objective:To investigate the clinical features and treatment of children with cough vnriant asthma.Metllods:To retrospective 87 cases of CAV in children and study its cause and clinical characters and therapeutic measure.Results:The clinical data of 87 cases showed that cough seemed to be the only apparent symptom.It usually happened at night or in the morning,which all patients symptom decreased significantly in save day,and were completely relieved within one month,by appling bronchodilators and adrenal cortex homone.Conclusion:Cough variant asthma in children is common in clinic,Which we should be aware of this disease and it might be significant clinic effect by comprehensiveness treatment on time.
