运动疗法对膝关节骨性关节炎患者的康复效果观察

目的:探讨运动疗法对膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)患者的康复效果。方法:KOA患者100例随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例。两组给予相同的药物及物理因子疗法,观察组在此基础上实施运动疗法,包括肌力训练、关节活动度训练和有氧运动锻炼。结果:对照组在1年内5例手术,观察组1例。对照组在治疗1个月时膝关节功能有明显改善(P<0.05),而在治疗12个月时无明显改善(P>0.05);观察组在治疗1个月和12个月均有明显改善(均P<0.05),且均明显优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:运动疗法能有效促进KOA患者的膝关节功能改善,并能长期维持。

Rehabilitation Efficacy Observation of Exercise Therapy on Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To investigate the rehabilitation efficacy of exercise therapy on patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 100 KOA patients randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group.Two groups were given the same drugs and physical factor therapy,on this bases,the observation group were given exercise therapy,including strength training,range of motion training and aerobic exercise.Results:The control group 5 patients have operation,while the observation group have 1 case,the knee function of control group has a significant improvement in treatment of 1 month(P<0.05),but has no significant improvement after 12 months treatment(P>0.05);the knee function of observation group were significantly improved in the treatment 1 month and 12 months (all P<0.05),and were all significantly better than that of control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Exercise therapy is effective in promoting knee function in patients with KOA,and with long-term maintenance.
