不宁腿综合征28例临床分析

目的:探讨不宁腿综合征(RLS)临床特点、诊断和治疗。方法:对近5年内收治的28例RLS患者的临床特点和治疗结果进行回顾性分析。结果:RLS以双下肢感觉异常为突出表现,静息时出现,尤其夜间症状突出而导致失眠,活动后症状减轻,左旋多巴及多巴胺受体激动剂等药物疗效肯定。结论:RLS是一种感觉运动性疾病,诊断主要依据临床表现,药物治疗效果好。

The Clinical Analysis of Restless Legs Syndrome in 28 Patients

Objective:To study the clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of restless legs syndrome(RLS).Methods:28 patients with RLS were enrolled in the research,the clinical manifestations and treatment results were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The 28 patients were found predominant paraesthesia in their lower limbs,and it appeared or became serious during resting and relieved or disappeared after active or passive movements.all patients complain of aggravated symptom in the night,which resulted in sleep disturbance.levodopa and dopamine receptor agonists were effective in controlling most symptoms of the disorder.Conclusion:RLS is a sensorimotor disorder,and diagnosis is based on its clinical manifestations,drugs are effective for RLS.
