探讨临床工程纳入医院学科管理的意义和措施

目的:探讨临床工程在医院作为学科管理的意义和措施。方法:把临床(医学)工程职业内容与医疗质量关系、临床工程学科特点、内涵与现时医院医疗质量管理现状结合、实际的经验总结分析论述。结果:临床工程是现代医院建设的重要学科之一,与临床医学、临床护理学、临床药学等学科并列,以临床诊疗辅助设备、医学影像设备、临床检验设备为载体,为医疗提供信息、方法、手段等的临床工程技术。结论:临床工程在医院作为学科管理的意义是:提高医院内部现代医学装备的技术保障水平;充分发挥工程和管理技术在医疗技术提升方面的作用;可以积极推动临床工程技术人才队伍建设等。临床工程学科建设可采用的措施有:建立适合临床工程学科发展的制度;研究医疗过程和临床发展需求的工程技术模式;经常开展医院临床工程人员与医疗器械装备厂商的学术与技术互动交流;大力培养临床工程人才和临床工程研究的硬件投入等。
